This holiday home is located near the three-country junction of Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic and in the centre of one of Europe's largest nature areas: 'the Bohemian Forest'. The apartment is approx. 75 m², on the first floor, and is spacious and modern.
In winter you will find the family-friendly ski area Hochficht here. The pistes are right behind the house, and the langlauf loipes run in front. You will reach the ski lifts in a few minutes by car or you could take the ski bus which runs in front of the house.
Nature is at its prettiest in spring and autumn here. You can make fabulous walks and mountain biking trips here. In summer you will cool off in the outdoor swimming pool in the village. The cities of Prague and Vienna are 2.5 hours away. Linz and Passau are magnificent cities too, which you will reach in ca. 45 minutes. In the direct proximity you will find restaurants, fishing facilities and a golf course.
